We have developed a methodology that allows us to address in a transversal way in the organization, any intension of operational improvement or its processes, so that we can generate a "Management Model - Solution" that takes into account the transversal organizational components: Strategy, Processes, Organizational Structure, Information Technology, Continuity and improvement, and Organizational Culture, to be able to impact the efficiency in terms of: Times, Costs and Satisfaction of internal and external Clients of the processes intervened and of the organization in general
