KEATON Standard Workflow for Implementation and Financing
Each phase has its own objective, deliverable, budget, and milestone. This ensures that each funder is presented with exactly what that funder is financing, and after the pilot, the initiative becomes a “shovel-ready” package that can be rolled out in any country or region.
Eight principles underpin the standard flow
The ladder of capital: each rung paves the way for the next
Seven phases in order of execution, with capital and gate
Key parallelism: Phase 2 (Operational Model and PIU) is designed while Phase 1 develops the solution. The pilot begins only after P4 and P5 have been completed.
Feedback: Each Phase 5 deployment yields lessons that lead to new versions of the package (P9 returns to Phase 4).
